Parenting and Co-Parenting Life Coaching and Support
Dr. T’s Life Coaching and Supports takes a unique approach to address family dynamics which segue to support parents’ parenting approaches. I recommend this being done privately, so a parent never feels undermined in front of their children. Roles play an important part in how families operate and function in their family dynamics.
My life coaching does not single out individuals, families, parents, or children as having “an unsolvable problem” but instead considers how the person or family can better function as a unit. My goal is to leave families whole and healthy and I will help strengthen the family dynamics, so they realize their opportunities for a more harmonious family life.
Dr. T uses the AJ Novick Group, Inc., concepts as well as her educational training. Parenting and co-parenting is one of the biggest challenges we face as parents today. One just has to read the newspaper daily or watch the evening news to conclude that learning to be a good parent is a major challenge for most people. Lack of good parenting skills is a major factor in domestic violence, child and spousal abuse, marital conflicts, and family fights.
Parenting Life Coaching and Support is intended to be a support for parents who need specific tools on how to better parent their children and/or co-parent their children.Parenting Life Coaching and Support is not meant to be a substitute for psychotherapy. It is intended to provide extended help in places psychotherapy cannot and does not help. Parenting Life Coaching and support is partly to be educational in nature to teach concrete skills, to better parent, and to be a more effective partner in raising children of all ages. It is also a navigation approach for when you are lost in your emotions. I am there to guide you in seeing and feeling differently about things.
As an approved Parenting and Co-Parenting provider, Dr. T’s materials can be used for court and probation. During Life Coaching sessions we will cover some of these subjects as we address what is currently happening in your life.
