What is Anger Management Life Coaching?
Anger management life coaching is an educational journey aimed at teaching skills to help change one's thinking and behavior. Dr. T uses a highly structured approach using AJ Novick Group's world-class concepts.
Our Anger Management Life Coaching sessions are typically minimally 12 weeks long but can be adjusted to more sessions for those that need them more. Anger Management Life Coaching is an open-ended process, this means there is no specific start date or end date. You may begin the sessions anytime you wish! Dr. T Life Coaching will use many methods so you will have the tools you need when coaching has stopped such as client journals, binders with a worksheet, websites, and visual aid. Our model is grounded in positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral, and strength-based approach to working with anger-related issues and problems. Unlike a psychotherapy group, my Life Coaching and Support Anger Management will focus on a different skill or tool each week. Each of these tools is from a client workbook and clients will be required to either read or follow along during some of the sessions. The sessions are meant to be a fun, engaging, didactic learning experience. We will typically discuss and practice a new skill on a weekly basis and clients will be asked to practice these skills as homework assignments.

Life Coaching and Support Anger management are relatively inexpensive. The coaching sessions can range from as low as $35 with scholarships per session and up to $1000 for an entire Life Coach and Support Anger Management program.
